摘要
中小企业要想做好生产现场质量管理,需要保证企业全局和生产现场相关工作的有效运行。质量管理体系从全局方面为企业生产提供系统、可靠的过程管控,5S管理的有效运行保证企业生产现场更加整洁、有序,班组管理工作的开展可以有效协调企业与员工之间的关系,进一步保证和提升企业的生产效率。论文立足中小企业的实际情况,从市场对中小企业发展的需求出发,探讨当前中小企业生产现场质量管理存在的问题,探究其在当前形势下应该采取的措施。
If small and medium-sized enterprises want to do a good job in production site quality management,they need to ensure the effective operation of the overall situation and relevant work of the production site in enterprises.The quality management system provides systematic and reliable process control for the enterprises'production from the aspect of overall situation.The effective operation of 5S management ensures that the enterprises'production site is cleaner and orderly.The development of team management work can effectively coordinate the relationship between enterprises and employees,and further ensure and improve the enterprises'production efficiency.Based on the actual situation of small and medium-sized enterprises,starting from the market demand for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper discusses the problems existing in the current production site quality management in small and medium-sized enterprises,and explores the measures they should take under the current situation.
