摘要
目的探讨舒适护理的开展对于精神科患者康复效果的影响。方法选取我院精神科2019年7月至2021年6月收治的426例患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(舒适护理)和对照组(常规护理),比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度(97.65%>92.49%,χ^(2)=6.061)、依从性(98.59%>90.14%,χ^(2)=14.306)以及护理后的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分[(72.39±5.24)分>(66.17±5.39)分,t=12.076]高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者在护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分[(43.51±3.94)分<(49.58±4.20)分,t=15.383]、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分[(43.97±4.12)分<(48.09±4.59)分,t=9.749]以及精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分[(23.35±2.04)分<(27.18±2.27)分,t=18.315]低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精神科患者的康复护理期间,舒适护理的开展,有助于改善患者的精神状态和提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the impact of comfort nursing on the rehabilitation effect of psychiatric patients.Methods A total of 426 patients admitted to the department of Psychiatry of our hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research object,divided into observation group(comfort nursing)and control group(routine nursing),and compared the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results In the observation group,nursing satisfaction(97.65%>92.49%,χ^(2)=6.061),compliance(98.59%>90.14%,χ^(2)=14.306),and sF-36 score[(72.39±5.24)>(66.17±5.39),t=12.076]was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group after nursing[(43.51±3.94)<(49.58±4.20)points,t=15.383],SDS score[(43.97±4.12)<(48.09±4.59),t=9.749]and BPRS score[(23.35±2.04)<(27.18±2.27),t=18.315]was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the rehabilitation nursing of psychiatric patients,comfort nursing is helpful to improve their mental state and quality of life.
