摘要
目的:观察四妙勇安汤联合阿加曲班对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者炎性因子及血液流变学的影响。方法:选取70例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组给予阿加曲班联合前列地尔治疗,观察组采用四妙勇安汤联合阿加曲班治疗,比较两组治疗前后炎性因子水平和血液流变学指标水平。结果:治疗后,两组白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平和全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四妙勇安汤联合阿加曲班治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者,可降低炎性因子水平和血液流变学指标水平,优于阿加曲班联合前列地尔治疗效果。
Objective:To observe the effects of Simiaoyong'an Decoction combined with agattroban on inflammatory factors and hemorheology in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower limbs.Methods:70 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Argatroban combined with Alprostadil,while the observation group was treated with Simiao Yongan decoction combined with Argatroban.The levels of inflammatory factors and the hemorheology indexes before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the levels of interleukin-1(IL-1),IL-6,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),whole blood lowshear viscosity,whole blood high-shear viscosity,and plasma viscosity in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Simiao Yongan decoction combined with Argatroban can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and the hemorheology indexes in the patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.Moreover,it is superior to Argatroban combined with Alprostadil.
