摘要
目的:观察电针拮抗肌运动点联合综合康复治疗卒中后足下垂患者对其运动功能和步态稳定性的影响。方法:选取134例卒中后足下垂患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=67)和研究组(n=67)。对照组给予综合康复治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合电针拮抗肌运动点治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后步态参数、患肢肌电图参数、平衡能力[Berg平衡量表(BBS)]评分和运动功能[Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)]评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为82.09%(55/67),高于对照组的65.67%(44/67),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患侧支撑相、患侧着地仰角和患侧离地仰角均大于对照组,患侧摆动相和CR均低于对照组,BBS和FMA评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针拮抗肌运动点联合综合康复治疗卒中后足下垂患者可提高治疗总有效率、BBS评分和FMA评分,改善步态参数,降低患肢肌电图参数,效果优于单纯综合康复治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of antagonistic muscle motor point electroacupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation on motor function and gait stability of post-stroke patients with foot drop.Methods:134 patients with foot drop after stroke were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=67)and study group(n=67)by using the random number table method.The control group was given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,while the study group was combined with antagonistic muscle motor point electroacupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the gait parameters before and after the treatment,the electromyographic parameters of the affected limb,the balance ability[Berg balance scale(BBS)]score and the motor function[Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)]score were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 82.09%(55/67),which was higher than 65.67%(44/67)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the support phase of the affected side,the landing elevation angle of the affected side and the lifting elevation angle of the affected side were greater than those of the control group;the swing phase and CR of the affected side were lower than those of the control group;the BBS score and FMA score were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Antagonistic muscle motor point electroacupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment of the post-stroke foot drop patients can improve the treatment efficiency,the BBS score and the FMA score,improve the gait parameters,and reduce the electromyographic parameters of the affected limb.Moreover,it is superior to simple comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.
