摘要
安全型激发管是新余国泰特种化工有限责任公司自主研发的一种装配在二氧化碳致裂器中为致裂器启动提供热能和压力能的激发装置,其作用是在二氧化碳致裂爆破中为冲装在致裂器中的液态二氧化碳提供相变所需的热能和压力能。安全型激发管主要由点火装置和激发药组成。本文通过对激发药的探究和点火装置的探究充分展示安全型激发管的安全性能,为二氧化碳爆破技术在煤矿的瓦斯安全防治、煤层抽采及其他特殊条件下的工程爆破提供参考。
Safety excitation tube is a kind of excitation device which is independently developed by Xinyu Guotai Special Chemical Co.,Ltd.and is assembled in carbon dioxide cracker to provide heat and pressure energy for cracker startup.Its function is to provide the heat energy and pressure energy required for the phase transformation of liquid carbon dioxide punched in the cracker the carbon dioxide fracturing blasting.The safe excitation tube is mainly composed of ignition device and activator.This paper fully demonstrates the safety performance of the safe excitation tube through the exploration of the excitation drug and the ignition device,it provides a reference for the engineering blasting of carbon dioxide blasting technology in coal mine gas safety prevention,coal seam extraction and other special conditions.
