摘要
二氧化碳致裂技术是利用液态二氧化碳瞬间气化膨胀产生巨大压力作用于介质,使岩体产生裂隙并使岩体内部裂隙得到扩展的破岩技术。首先对二氧化碳致裂器的构造、原理进行了阐述,提出二氧化碳单耗概念。在某土石方工程现场开展二氧化碳致裂试验表明:二氧化碳致裂相比于炸药,爆破效果好,产生的振动小,安全性高,破碎岩体块度较大,粉尘及炮烟量减少50%,无有害气体产生,安全性高;试验证明单耗为0.26kg/m^3的CO2致裂破碎效果相当于炸药爆破时单耗0.15~0.2kg/m^3之间的爆破效果,单根“95”型致裂器具有的能量与339g TNT所具有的能量相当。
Carbon dioxide fracturing technology is the use of instantaneous expansion pressure generated by gasification of liquid carbon dioxide which acts on the medium to produce cracks,expand the cracks within rocks and finally break the rocks.The structure and principle of carbon dioxide fracturing equipment is firstly introduced and the concept of carbon dioxide specific charge is put forward in this paper.The carbon dioxide fracturing test carried out on the site of earth and stone works shows that carbon dioxide fracturing has better blasting effect,less vibration,high safety,large size of fractured rock fragments,50%less of dust and smoke,no harmful gas generation;the test results show that the CO2 fracturing and crushing effect with unit consumption of 0.26 kg/m^3 is equivalent to blasting effect of 0.15~0.2 kg/m^3 explosive blasting the energy produced by a single piece of“95”type fracturing equipment is equivalent to that produced by 339g of TNT.
