摘要
针对全液压移动破碎站的应用工况、工艺特点和控制要求,以IFM车载产品为核心元器件设计了全液压移动破碎站控制系统。重点介绍了车载控制器的硬件性能及节点模块的使用优势,并通过对车载控制器的软件配置设定,与节点模块和显示屏组成可靠稳定的CAN网络,来实现全液压移动破碎站控制系统的集成与自动化。全液压移动破碎站变量泵排量自动补偿的实现,对类似液压驱动破碎主机提高破碎效率具有借鉴意义。
According to the application conditions,process characteristics and control requirements of the hydraulic mobile crusher,a control system of hydraulic mobile crusher base on IFM vehicle products as the core components was designed.The hardware performance of the vehicle controller and the advantages of using the node module was introduced,in addition,through the software configuration of the vehicle controller,the reliable and stable CAN network was formed with the node module and the display screen,which to realize the hydraulic mobile crusher control system of Integration and automation.The realization of automatic flow compensation on the variable pump of hydraulic mobile crusher,which was of reference for the crusher driven by similar hydraulic power to enhance the crushing productivity.
