摘要
介绍了以BENZ柴油发动机为研究对象,运用PLC控制器EPEC2023模块及其配套的CODESYS软件,通过CAN总线对发动机的数据进行采集与分析,对发动机进行有效的实时状态监控和故障诊断。该故障诊断系统可以避免发生重大的生产事故,缩短故障的排查时间,减小经济损失。
The thesis is about how to use PLC controller EPEC2023 module and its software named CODESYS to gather and analyze the data from BENZ diesel motor through CANbus, from the data we can know whether the diesel motor is in working order or not. So the diagnose system for diesel motor fault can avoid large production accident, shorten the time for searching fault, reduce the loss on production.
