摘要
以家纺设计专业为例,分析了目前产教融合的意义与实施过程中存在的问题,从师资建设、课程实施、实践平台、课程评价方面提出了产教融合的方法与实践途径,最终得出产教融合是家纺行业转型发展和高校人才培养提升的必然要求,要打造适应家纺行业发展的实践创新人才培养体系。
Taking home textile design as an example,the significance of the integration of industry and education and the problems existing in the implementation process were analyzed.F rom the teacher construction,curriculum implementation,practice platform and curriculum evaluation,the method and practice way of the integration of industry and education were put forward.Finally,it was concluded that the integration of industry and education was inevitable requirement for the transformation and development of home textile industry and the promotion of talent training in colleges and universities.It was necessary to build a practical and innovative tal-ent training system to adapt to the development of home textile industry.
