摘要
中国共产党百年经济思想是一个庞大的理论与实践体系,有着极其丰富的内容。其中,共同富裕经济思想最具中国特色,是中国共产党在领导社会主义建设中经历艰苦实践探索形成的独特理论结晶。新时代的共同富裕蕴含着依托高质量发展逐步缩小分配差距,坚决防止两极分化,努力实现物质与精神层面建设成果共享的内涵。特别是党的十九届五中全会对共同富裕的新论述,不但具有重要的历史意义,而且具有重要的理论和实践价值,共同富裕经济思想理应成为中国特色社会主义政治经济学新的重要组成部分。本文在梳理中国共产党共同富裕经济思想的基础上,结合学习领会习近平同志关于共同富裕的重要论述,试图提炼出共同富裕的新时代要义。
The Centennial economic thought of the Communist Party of China is a huge system with extremely rich content.Among them,the economic thought of common prosperity has the most Chinese characteristics,which is the unique theoretical crystallization formed by the hard practical exploration of the Communist Party of China in socialist practice.Common prosperity in the new era contains the connotation of gradually narrowing the distribution gap,resolutely preventing polarization and striving to realize the sharing of construction achievements at the material and spiritual levels by relying on high-quality development.Xi Jinping s new exposition of common prosperity at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee of the party is not only of great historical significance and rich in meaning,but also of important theoretical and practical values.The economic thought of common prosperity should become a new important part of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.On the basis of combing the thoughts of the Communist Party of China s common prosperity economy,and studying and comprehending the important expositions of Comrade Xi Jinping,this article attempts to extract the essence of common prosperity in the new era.
