基于TRACE32的航空电路板测试维修应用

摘要 针对含处理器类的航空电路板件技术日益复杂,其维修测试和故障定位难度增大的现状,通过采用TRACE32调试器开发和运行测试软件,并在软件运行过程中监控查看电路板内存空间,配合传统信号仪器的使用,可发现软硬件异常并最终找到故障原因,定位故障位置。同时结合对一块含PowerPC的某型航空通用处理平台电路板的维修进行了对TRACE32的测试实践,帮助维修技术人员快速掌握TRACE32在航空电路板维修测试中的基本使用。试验结果表明,采用基于TRACE32的测试方法可以快速将航空电路板的故障定位到器件级和引脚级,加深对故障机理的分析,提高装备保障的质量。 Aimed at containing the handler class air circuit board technology is becoming more and more complex,the status quo of its maintenance test and fault location difficulty increases.By using TRACE32 debugger to develop and run the test software.Monitoring circuit board memory space in the process of software running,and cooperating by the use of traditional signal equipment,then found that the hardware and software exception and finally found the cause of the problem,to locate the fault location.Combination of a piece of a certain type of air containing PowerPC maintenance of general circuit board processing platform for TRACE32 test practice,help repair technicians quickly grasp the basic TRACE32 use of the air circuit board maintenance testing,the test results show that the test method based on TRACE32 can quickly locate aviation circuit board fault on device class and pin class,deepen the analysis of fault mechanism,improve the quality of the guarantee of equipment.
