摘要
以某医院老干部病房楼改造工程为例,分析工程造价超出中标合同价的具体情况,并对超出合同价的原因进行剖析,探索医院工程项目投资控制的措施。
Taking the veteran ward building renovation project of a hospital as an example,the specific circumstances and the reasons of the project cost exceeding the winning contract price are analyzed,and the measures to control the investment of the hospital engineering project are explored.
