阐述了加强医院建设工程项目投资控制的作用及重要意义;结合医院建设工程管理实践,分别从建设项目决策、设计、实施三个阶段分析和论述了加强工程项目投资控制的具体措施及方法。
This article discusses the importance of strengthening hospital construction projects and the role of investment control significance; With hospital construction project management practices, the decision-making from construction projects, design, analysis and implementation of the three stages of the project on strengthening investment control of specific measures and methods.
