摘要
使用转录因子可以让已经分化的细胞重编程为诱导多能干细胞(induced pluripotent stem cells,iPSCs),但转录因子易产生基因突变,会带来安全性问题。直接获取患者体细胞并通过小分子化合物诱导成有分化潜能的多能干细胞是再生医学的最终目标,而小分子化合物诱导多能干细胞是有效产生高质量iPSCs的重要工具。结构稳定、作用相对可控的小分子化合物种类较多,本文主要针对目前已经报道的小分子化合物的分类、作用以及全化合物诱导获取iPSCs的方法作一综述。
The use of transcription factors can reprogram differentiated cells into induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs).However,transcription factors are prone to gene mutations which will bring safety problems.The ultimate goal of regenerative medicine is to directly obtain somatic cells from patients and induce them to differentiate into pluripotent stem cells through small molecule compounds.The small molecule compound induced pluripotent stem cells is an important tool to effectively produce high-quality iPSCs.There are many types of small molecule compounds with stable structures and relatively controllable effects.This article reviews the classification and effects of small molecule com-pounds that have been reported so far,as well as the methods to induce iPSCs from all compounds.
