摘要
在竞争日益加剧的市场环境下,为降低成本,提升市场需求满足能力,每个汽车及零部件制造企业都不断致力于提高生产效率,提高生产线的生产能力,着重点在于消除瓶颈工位,实现生产线的线平衡。为最大限度地实现线平衡,在项目开发阶段就要通过工时分析充分确认工艺流程布置的合理性。该项工作的核心内容就是生产线各工位的作业工时核算。文章主要介绍提升工时核算效率、实现工时核算标准化及自动化应用的方法。通过该方法的探索应用,明确分析要素,简化分析步骤,可实现工时核算效率提升50%以上。
In the increasingly competitive market environment,in order to reduce costs and improve the ability to meet market demand,every automobile and parts manufacturing company has been committed to continuously improving production efficiency and increasing production line production capacity,focusing on eliminating bottlenecks.Realize the line balance of the production line.In order to achieve line balance to the greatest extent,during the project development stage,the rationality of the process layout must be fully confirmed through man-hour analysis.The core content of this work is the man-hour accounting of each station of the production line.This article mainly introduces the improvement of man-hour accounting efficiency,a method to realize the standardization and automatic application of working hours accounting.Through the exploration and application of this method,the analysis elements are clarified and the analysis steps are simplified,and the efficiency of man-hour accounting can be increased by more than 50%.
