摘要 虚拟仿真教学是现代学科专业与信息技术建设的重要内容,加强虚拟仿真教学资源建设将有力促进高校教育信息化进程,顺应现代教育发展需求。该文分析《饲料加工工艺学》虚拟仿真实验教学资源建设的必要性与特色,并基于“科教相融、虚实结合”的理念,建设饲料接收设备及工艺流程、饲料储运设备及工艺流程、饲料清理设备及工艺流程、饲料粉碎设备及工艺流程、饲料混合设备及工艺流程、饲料质粒设备及工艺流程等6套虚拟仿真模块,为激发教师教学的灵动性与可操作性提供载体,为学生创新与创业能力的提高提供方向性的指引。 Virtual simulation teaching is an important part of the construction of modern subjects and information technology.Strengthening the construction of virtual simulation teaching resources in colleges and universities will effectively promote the process of college education informatization and comply with the development needs of modern education.This paper analyzes the necessity and characteristics of the construction of virtual simulation experiment teaching resources of feed processing technology,and six sets of virtual simulation modules are constructed,namely,feed receiving equipment and process flow,feed storage and transportation equipment and process flow,feed cleaning equipment and process flow,feed grinding equipment and process flow,feed mixing equipment and process flow,and feed plasmid equipment and process flow based on the concept of“integrating science and education,virtuality and reality”.It provides a carrier for stimulating the flexibility and operability of teaching,and provides the direction guidance for improving students'innovation and entrepreneurial ability.
