摘要
针对“GB 9834-1988电砂浴法”和“NY/T 1121. 6-2006油浴法”测定土壤有机质,存在能耗高、批处理量小、油浴污染大等问题,改进测定土壤有机质的消解装置。利用自制消解管和多孔消解仪组装成测定土壤有机质的消解装置,并用标准土壤优化了装置的消解时间。消解时间8 min~18 min两种标准土壤的测定值都在许可范围内,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0. 3%~1. 1%。改进的消解装置具有简单、实用、节能、清洁、批处理量大等优点,用于标准土壤的分析结果令人满意。
In view of the two methods for measuring soil organic matter,"GB 9834-1988 electric sand bath method"and"NY/T 1121.6-2006 oil bath method",there are shortcomings such as high energy consumption,small batch processing capacity,and serious oil bath pollution and so on.This study aims to improve the digestion device for measuring soil organic matter.Methods A self-made digestion tube and a porous digestion instrument were used to assemble a digestion device for measuring soil organic matter,and the digestion time of the device was optimized with standard soil.Rresults The measured values of the two standard soils were within the allowable range when the digestion time was in 8 min~18 min with the relative standard deviations(n=6)ranged from 0.3%to 1.1%.The results of determination were satisfactory for the standard soils by the improved digestion device.Conclusion The device has the advantages of simple,practical,energy saving,cleaning and large batch processing capacity.
