石墨消解-分光光度法测定土壤有机质含量 被引量:3

摘要 采用石墨消解-分光光度法快速测定土壤中有机质含量,同时与现行标准NY/T1121.6-2006进行实际土壤样品对比实验。实验表明:选取三种浓度的土壤有证标准物质,在消解温度180℃、消解时间5 min、离心时间10 min的条件下测得的有机质含量,具有较好的准确度和精密度。采用两种方法测得的土壤实际样品的有机质含量基本一致,且在允许绝对相差范围内,验证了石墨消解-分光光度法的可行性,为土壤有机质含量的测定提供了更加环保快捷的办法。 The content of organic matter in soil was determined by graphite digestion-spectrophotometry method.At the same time,this method was compared with the current standard NY/T 1121.6-2006,using actual soil samples.The experimental results showed that under the conditions of digestion temperature of 180℃,digestion time of 5 min,and centrifugation time of 10 min,theorganic matter content of three soil certified reference substances was measured,with good accuracy and precision.The organic matter content of actual soil samples measured by two methods was basically the same,and within the allowable absolute difference range,which verified the feasibility of the graphite-digestion-spectrophotometry method,and a more environmentally friendly and quick method for the determination of soil organic matter content was provided.
