摘要
目的分析慢性胃食管反流性咽喉炎患者采取中医辨证治疗的意义。方法将我院2020年1月-2020年12月期间接受治疗的40例慢性胃食管反流性咽喉炎患者作为研究对象,分为常规组与观察组,常规组患者接受西药治疗,观察组患者采取中医辨证治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、临床症状积分情况、胃蛋白酶水平、复发率。结果观察组患者疗效高于常规组患者,P<0.05;临床症状积分治疗前无差异,P>0.05,治疗后有差异,且观察组患者均低于常规组患者,P<0.05;观察组患者临床症状积分情况、胃蛋白酶水平、复发率均低于常规组患者,P<0.05。结论中医辨证治疗效果显著,能够降低患者临床症状积分,可以考虑积极推广。
Objective To analyze the significance of syndrome differentiation treatment taken by Chinese medicine in patients with chronic gastroesophageal reflux pharyngitis.Methods A total of 40 patients with chronic gastroesophageal reflux pharyngitis who were treated in our hospital between January 2020 and December 2020 were enrolled in the study and divided into a conventional group versus an observation group,patients in the conventional group were treated with western medicine,and patients in the observation group were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation to compare the treatment efficacy,integral situation of clinical symptoms,pepsin level,and recurrence rate between the two groups.Results Patients in the observation group had higher efficacy than patients in the conventional group,P < 0.05;there were no differences in clinical symptom scores before treatment,P > 0.05,and there were differences after treatment,and patients in the observation group were lower than patients in the conventional group,P < 0.05;patients in the observation group had lower clinical symptom scores,pepsin levels,and recurrence rates than patients in the conventional group,P < 0.05.Conclusions Treatment based on syndrome differentiation in TCM is highly effective,is able to reduce the score of clinical symptoms of patients,and can be considered for positive promotion.
