摘要
文章基于新冠肺炎疫情等公共卫生危机对吉林省就业的影响机理,在调研吉林省企业招工用工微观行为的基础上,分别从企业和劳动者的维度分析了常态化疫情防控下吉林省企业缺工的原因,提出健全扶持政策,加强资金支持;搭建对接平台,引导企业招聘;精准施策,加强用工服务;利用信息技术,提高人岗匹配;建立引导机制,激发主体作用;发挥中介作用,推进共享用工等举措。
Based on the impact mechanism of COVID-19 and other public health crises on employment in Jilin Province,this paper analyzes the reasons for the shortage of workers in Jilin Province under the normal epidemic prevention and control from the perspective of enterprises and workers on the basis of investigating the micro-behaviors of enterprises in Jilin Province,and puts forward policies and measures to improve and strengthen financial support,build a docking platform to guide enterprises to recruit;build a docking platform to guide enterprises to recruit;implement one enterprise one policy,strengthen employment services;use information technology to improve the match between people and posts;establish guiding mechanism,stimulate the main role;play an intermediary role,promote the sharing of labor and other measures.
