摘要
线粒体作为真核细胞内重要的细胞器,对维持细胞的正常状态和功能起至关重要的作用。异常的线粒体代谢与诸多疾病的发生发展密切相关。因此,探究细胞中线粒体在生理和病理条件下分子机制和微环境变化,对阐明线粒体的生理活动过程具有重要意义。荧光探针具有灵敏度高、选择性好、成本低等的特点,已成为该领域不可或缺的研究工具。通过荧光成像技术监测线粒体功能和行为已成为生物成像领域的研究热点。该文主要介绍近年来线粒体靶向型荧光探针用于成像的研究进展。
As an important organelle in eukaryotic cells,they play a vital role in maintaining the normal state and function of cells.Abnormal mitochondrial metabolism is closely related to the occurrence and development of many diseases.Therefore,exploring the molecular mechanism and microenvironmental changes of mitochondria in cells under physiological and pathological conditions is of great significance for clarifying the physiological activities of mitochondria.Fluorescent probes have the characteristics of high sensitivity,good selectivity,and low cost,and have become an indispensable research tool in this field.Monitoring mitochondrial function and behavior through fluorescence imaging technology has become a research hotspot in the field of bioimaging.Here,this article mainly discusses the research progress of mitochondrial-targeted fluorescent probes for imaging in recent years.
