摘要
在近期“穴位敏化”理论不断完善时,更多科研结果表明与肌筋膜疼痛综合征相关的筋膜激痛点存在高度相关性。在许多肌筋膜疼痛综合征的发病过程中,激痛点与穴位敏化机制相类似。通过分析认为穴位敏化理论与筋膜激痛点理论在位置分布、临床表现和疾病治疗的相关特征可以指导临床上肌筋膜疼痛综合征的治疗。
As the theory of‘acupoint sensitization’has been improved recently,more scientific researches have shown that there is a close association between the myofascial trigger points(MTrP)and myofascial pain syndrome.In the pathogenesis of myofascial pain syndrome,the mechanism of MTrP is similar to that of the acupoint sensitization.It is concluded that the relevant characteristics of acupoint sensitization theory and MtrP theory;in terms of the locations,clinical manifestations and disease indications,can guide the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome in clinical practice.
