摘要
结合电解槽结构与电解反应条件的关系,对电解反应状态与工艺控制的关系、工艺控制原理和具体改进方法进行了说明,强调了提高自动化控制水平和实现“一键启停”的重要性。还针对绿色能源发展及工业废盐的处理和应用提出了建议和思路。
This paper analyzes the relationship between the structure of electrolytic cells and the conditions of electrolytic reaction as well as the relationship between the state of electrolytic reaction and the process control,explains many process control principles and specific improvement methods,especially emphasizes the importance of improving the level of automatic control and realizing the“one-key start-stop”.At the same time,the authors also put forward some suggestions and ideas for the development of green energy and the treatment and application of industrial waste salt.
