摘要 根据主生产装置产生的废气/废液的特性,设计一套用于综合处理含多种元素的废气/废液焚烧系统,介绍并分析关键部件的设计方案。该焚烧系统投产后运行可靠,焚烧去除率高,烟气排放达标,能够为相关领域的废气和废液处理提供参考和借鉴。 Considering the characteristics of exhaust gas and liquid waste from the production equipment,a combustion system for both exhaust gas and liquid waste with multiple components was designed and the design plan for incinerator’s critical parts was described and analyzed.The results show that,this combustion system in operation runs reliably along with high removal rate and the qualified flue gas emission.This work can provide reference for treating exhaust gas and liquid waste in related fields.
