摘要
根据H2SO4-H2O-SO3体系的汽液平衡实验数据,及H2SO4、H2S、SO2、SO3恒压热容Cp随温度变化的关系,对Aspen Plus软件相关物质物性数据进行了修正,在此基础上,进行酸气湿法制酸流程模拟,得出准确的过程物料衡算数据,已用于工程项目方案建议书设计计算。
Based on regression of partial pressure of HzSO4, H20, SO3, and total pressure over aqueous sulfuric acid solutions, two element interaction parameters of H20 - HzSO4 in thermodynamics ELEC- NRTL are modified. Cp of HzSO4, H2S, SO2, SO3 are regressed respectively. Wet - process acid making process are accurately simulated. Such process simulation method has been used for project design.
