温度处理对生物质电厂灰作水泥胶砂掺合料的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 为研究温度处理对生物质电厂灰理化特性及其对胶砂强度性能的影响,试验分别对电厂灰以50℃为区间,自400℃到700℃进行灼烧处理,对灰样的粒度分布、烧失量、化学成分、XRD物相及其电厂灰水泥胶砂的力学性能进行细致分析。结果表明:温度灼烧对电厂灰物相晶体影响很小,可以除去生物质电厂灰中的杂质,降低烧失量,优化粒度分布,400℃时烧失量已降低至2.17%,SiO_(2)+Al_(2)O_(3)成分含量较高(82.93%),当处理温度在400℃以上时,未燃碳含量降低不明显。OPC/TBA胶砂强度明显高于OPC/GBA胶砂强度,且掺入TBA-400℃灰参与水化程度更高,同时表现出更高的火山灰活性,所展现的后期强度更优,为综合利用生物质电厂废渣,减少基建水泥用量提供了新的发展思路。 In order to study the temperature treatment on the physical and chemical properties of biomass power plant ash and its influence on the strength performance of mortar,the test carried out burning treatment on the power plant ash from 400℃to 700℃in the interval of 50℃.The particle size distribution,ignition loss,chemical composition,XRD phase and mechanical properties of power plant ash cement mortar are analyzed in detail.The results show that temperature burning has little effect on the phase crystals of power plant ash,which can remove impurities in biomass power plant ash,reduce ignition loss,and optimize particle size distribution.At 400℃,ignition loss has been reduced to 2.17%,the component content of SiO_(2)+Al_(2)O_(3) is relatively high(82.93%).When the processing temperature is above 400℃,the unburned carbon content is not significantly reduced.The strength of OPC/TBA mortar is significantly higher than the strength of OPC/GBA mortar,and the hydration degree of TBA-400℃ash is higher,and at the same time,it shows higher pozzolan activity,and the later strength is better.The use of biomass power plant waste slag to reduce the amount of infrastructure cement provides a new development idea.
