摘要
研究了用磷渣粉、粉煤灰为掺合料配制普通干混砂浆时对砂浆性能的影响及激发剂对砂浆的作用机理。结果表明,用磷渣粉和粉煤灰双掺取代水泥时,可提高砂浆保水性,改善和易性,提高韧性,调整灰砂比可以配制出不同强度等级的砂浆,该砂浆可广泛用于各种砌筑、抹灰和地面工程,节约水泥,实现工业副产品的资源化利用。
It aims to study the effects of phosphorus slag powder and fly ash, as well as the function of activator on the processes of dry mixed mortar.The results showed that using phosphorus slag powder and fly ash instead of cement can improve water retention, workabili- ty,and toughness of mortar.Moreover, the cement-sand ratio can determine the intensity levels of mortar.Those kinds of mortar can be widely used in a variety of masonry,plastering and ground projects.Accordingly ,the cement reducing and industrial by-product utilizing can be achieved.
