摘要
目的分析云浮市人民医院2020年医保药品的使用情况,为加强医保管理、促进合理用药提供参考。方法在云浮市人民医院HIS中,导出2020年药品的使用数据,对药品使用金额、品种数量等情况进行统计分析。结果2020年云浮市人民医院医保药品使用金额占比93.17%(14340.68/15391.59);品种数761种,其中西药601种,中成药160种。非医保药品使用金额占比6.83%(1050.91/15391.59);品种数84种,其中西药66种,中成药18种。使用金额前6位疾病系统医保药品分别为抗菌药物、抗肿瘤药物、消化系统药物、心血管系统药物、血液系统药物、神经系统药物。结论云浮市人民医院医保药品使用金额占比高,有效保障患者基本医疗需求;非医保品种数相对偏小,未能满足人民日益增长的医疗卫生需求及临床学科发展;中成药医保品种使用比例偏低,不利于中医药的发展。抗感染药物、质子泵抑制剂存在不合理应用情况,应加强对抗菌药物、质子泵抑制剂的管理。
Objective To analyze the use of medical insurance drugs at Yunfu People's Hospital in 2020,and to provide references for strengthening medical insurance management and promoting rational drug use.Methods The data of drug usage in 2020 in the hospital information system of Yunfu People's Hospital were extracted,and the drug cost and kinds were statistically analyzed.Results In 2020,the cost of medical insurance drugs used at Yunfu People's Hospital accounted for 93.17%(14340.68/15391.59);there were 761 kinds of drugs,including 601 kinds of western medicine and 160 kinds of Chinese medicine.The cost of non-medical insurance drugs accounted for 6.83%(1050.91/15391.59);there were 84 kinds,including 66 kinds of western medicine and 18 kinds of Chinese medicine.The cost top six kinds of medical insurance drugs were antibacterial drugs,anti-tumor drugs,digestive system drugs,cardiovascular system drugs,blood system drugs,and nervous system drugs.Conclusions The cost of medical insurance drugs used at Yunfu People's Hospital accounts for a high proportion,which effectively protects patients'basic medical needs.The number of non-medical insurance drugs is relatively small,failing to meet the people's growing medical and health needs and the development of clinical disciplines.The proportion of Chinese medicine is relatively low,and is not conducive to the development of traditional Chinese medicine.There are irrational applications of anti-infection drugs and proton pump inhibitors,and the management of antibacterial drugs and proton pump inhibitors should be strengthened.
