摘要
医保是目前国家发展非常关注的话题,在经济飞速发展的前提下,政府将工作重点转向医疗保障体系,医保成为群众就医的保障。在经济、政治等多方面压力下,医保发展面临众多压力、挑战,如何保证医保基金收支平衡,改进医疗技术成为医保新的发展方向。随着医保管理制度的日渐完善,群众看病花费不断减少,手术、药品费用透明,健全的制度解决了群众就医难的问题。我国目前进入新的发展阶段,对医保管理也提出新要求,本文认为医保除满足就医者的基本需求外,还需利用好现有资源,创新管理机制,促进医疗价值,因此本文就医保管理展开讨论,分析医院医保职能,以惠民为原则构建完善的医保管理体系,并从医保收费、医保工作人员、制度体系等方面提出新的医保管理办法,希望对相关医院改进自身医保管理工作有所启发和帮助。
Medical insurance is a topic of great concern to the development of the country.Under the premise of rapid economic development,the government has shifted its focus to the medical security system,and medical insurance has become a guarantee for the masses to seek medical care.Under the pressure of economy,politics and other aspects,the development of medical insurance faces many pressures and challenges.How to ensure the balance of income and expenditure of medical insurance funds,and improve medical technology has become a new development direction of medical insurance.With the improvement of the medical insurance management system,the cost of medical treatment for the masses has been decreasing,the cost of surgery and medicines has been transparent,and a sound system has solved the problem of medical treatment for the masses.China is now entering a new stage of development,and it also puts forward new requirements for medical insurance management.This paper suggests that in addition to meeting the basic needs of medical practitioners,medical insurance needs to make good use of existing resources,innovate management mechanisms,and promote medical value.Discuss and analyze the hospital medical insurance function,build a sound medical insurance management system based on the principle of benefiting the people,and propose new medical insurance management methods from the aspects of medical insurance fees,medical insurance staff and system,and hope to improve the management of their own medical insurance.
