摘要
为了摆脱当前制约皮革企业发展的主要因素,改善皮革企业创新型设计人才缺失现象,针对制约皮革制品创新型设计人才培养的主要因素进行分析,并提出了利用专创融合理念的优势。将专创融合理念与皮革制品创新型设计人才培养相结合,构建完善了皮革制品创新型设计人才培养体系,以期为皮革企业的转型升级提供有力支撑。
In order to get rid of the main factors restricting the development of leather enterprises and improve the lack of innovative design talents in leather enterprises,the main factors restricting the cultivation of innovative design talents of leather products were analyzed,and the advantages of using the concept of integration of expertise and innovation were put forward.Combining the concept of integration of specialty and innovation with the training of innovative design talents of leather products,the training system of innovative design talents of leather products was constructed and improved,in order to provide strong support for the transformation and upgrading of leather enterprises.
