生涯发展视域下的大学生核心素养教育:议题生成、实践逻辑与路径选择 被引量:5

摘要 我国教育领域实施的"核心素养教育"是针对大中小学生发展一体化的核心素养教育体系。然而,大学生核心素养教育在高等教育领域并未引起广泛重视,在体系构建、模式探索等方面仍面临诸多待解难题。核心素养教育与生涯发展教育在理论指向上有高度契合之处,从生涯发展视域开展核心素养教育有成熟的实践条件。生涯发展视域下大学生核心素养教育的实践逻辑可从四个方面展开:找准生涯发展视域下大学生核心素养教育的问题症结、明确生涯发展视域下大学生核心素养教育的目标导向、突破生涯发展视域下大学生核心素养教育面临的现实挑战、确立生涯发展视域下大学生核心素养教育路径选择的原则。大学生核心素养教育路径的探索,重点不应再聚焦于核心素养体系内容的标准化和核心素养教育模式的统一性,而应围绕差异化的需求与共同性培育之间的矛盾化解来确定实施原则,通过构建多样化的大学生发展核心素养体系和探索符合高校人才培养规律的核心素养教育模式来探寻实施路径。 The "key competencies education" implemented in the field of education in China is aimed at the elementary school, the middle school, the college students’ development integration system.However, the key competencies of undergraduates have not attracted extensive attention in the field of higher education and there are still many difficult problems to be solved in system construction and model exploration.The key competencies education and career development education are highly consistent in theory, and there are mature practical conditions for implementing the key competencies education from the perspective of career development.From the perspective of career development, the practical logic of college students’ key competencies education can be carried out from four aspects: The first is to find the crux of the problem of college students’ key competencies education;The second is to clarify the goal orientation of college students’ key competencies education;The third is to break through the realistic challenges faced by the key competencies education of college students;The fourth is to establish the principles of path selection of college students’ key competencies education.The exploration of the path of college students’ key competencies education should no longer focus on the standardization of the content of the key competencies system and the unity of the key competencies education mode, but should determine the implementation principles by resolving the contradiction between differentiated needs and common cultivation and find the implementation path by constructing a diversified development system for college students’ key competencies and exploring the key competencies education mode consistent with the law of college talent cultivation.
