摘要
通过慢速热解法制备核桃壳生物炭,根据扫描电子显微镜(SEM)比表面积分析仪(BET)表征结果选取600℃热解的生物炭(BC600)进行后续苯胺吸附实验,并考察其影响因素。实验结果表明,苯胺初始浓度为10 mg/L,BC600投加量为1 g/L时,吸附量为8.30 mg/g,去除率为83.0%。影响因素实验结果表明:当BC600粒径小于0.25 mm,溶液pH值=7.0,溶液温度为25℃时,其对苯胺的吸附效果最佳。
The walnut shell biochar was prepared by slow pyrolysis method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)surface areas.The biochar pyrolyzed at 600℃(BC600)was selected to adsorb aniline and it’s influence factors based on the results of the characterization.It was found that the adsorbing capacity and the removal rate of aniline by BC600 was 8.30 mg/g and 83.0%,respectively,with the initial concentration of 10 mg/L.The walnut shell biochar showed the best adsorption performance of aniline at 25℃with pH 7.0 when the particle size of biochar was smaller than 0.25 mm in the influence factor test.
