摘要
随着对电磁空间斗争认识的不断深化,美国等军事强国已逐渐认识到:电磁空间与物理空间的协调统一是未来战争的趋势与要求;传统静态的电磁频谱管控概念正逐渐向基于作战的、动态协调的战场频谱控制方向发展。借鉴外军频谱管控技术发展脉络,分析得出海战场电磁频谱管控系统的功能需求及系统框架,为后续开展研究提供参考。
With the congnitive to the electromagnetic space struggle deepens ceaselessly,military powers such as the U.S.A.,etc.have gradually realized:the coordination and unification between electromagnetic space and physical space is the trend and demand of future warfare,and the concept of traditional static electromagnetic spectrum management and control is gradually developing to the direction of dynamically coordinate battlefield spectrum control based on campaign.This paper uses the development context of spectrum management and control technology of foreign military as reference,analyzes and fetches the functional demand and system frame of electromanetic spctrum management and control system for sea battlefield,which provides reference for subsequent research.
