在未来战场上,电磁领域对抗异常激烈,频谱资源供求矛盾也日渐突出,战场电磁态势将十分复杂,因此,实施对电磁频谱资源科学有效的管理,夺取战场制电磁权,对打赢信息化条件下的高科技战争起着至关重要的作用。从美军电磁频谱管理体制、政策构想、发展趋势等方面,介绍了美军电磁频谱管理的基本情况,为我军频谱管理体系的完善与发展提供了参考依据。
In the future battlefield,the countermeasure in electromagnetic field will appear more drastic,the contradiction of supply and demand for spectrum resource will tend to be more prominent,and the battlefield electromagnetic situation will become more complicated.Therefore,scientific and effective management of the electromagnetic spectrum resource,and seizure of control right the electromagnetic spectrum in a battlefield play an important part in wining high-tech warfare.The general situation of electromagnetic spectrum management in US armed force is introduced including the management system,policies,schemes and the trend of development etc.The references for consummating and developing spectrum management system of Chinese armed force are provided.
