摘要
乡村振兴的经济基础和物质保障在于农业产业的兴旺,而农业科技创新对于提高农业产业的质量、效益和竞争力起着关键的支撑作用。为进一步发挥农业科技创新在乡村振兴战略中的支撑作用,文章在调查研究与文献信息分析等基础上,对当前温州市农业科技创新发展面临的新形势以及存在的突出问题进行分析,并从加大政策资金保障力度、聚焦关键核心技术攻关、聚焦科技成果转化、强化企业创新主体地位、聚焦创新人才引育等方面提出相应的解决对策。
The economic foundation and material guarantee for rural revitalization lies in the prosperity of the agricultural industry,and agricultural technological innovation plays a key supporting role in improving the quality,efficiency and competitiveness of the agricultural industry.In order to further give play to the supporting role of agricultural technological innovation in the rural revitalization strategy,the new situation and outstanding problems facing the current development of agricultural technological innovation in Wenzhou City were analyzed through investigation,research and document information analysis,and corresponding solutions put forward,that is,to increase the guarantee of policy funds,focus on key core technology research,focus on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,strengthen the main position of enterprise innovation,focus on the introduction and cultivation of innovative talents.
