二次受力下CFP加固RC梁的裂缝与变形性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究负载下碳纤维板加固公路桥简支梁的裂缝与变形性能,共设计4根矩形足尺RC梁,采用粘贴碳纤维板加固后进行二次受力抗弯性能试验。通过测试各级荷载作用下纯弯段的裂缝宽度和挠度变形,分别得到试件的荷载-最大裂缝宽度曲线、荷载-挠度变形曲线,分析了负载下碳纤维板加固简支梁抗弯性能的影响因素,以及裂缝与变形的规律,结果表明,梁底粘贴碳纤维板对足尺RC梁裂缝抑制和刚度提升效果明显。运用有限元软件进行数值模拟分析,得到的裂缝云图及变形曲线与测试结果吻合度较高。 In order to study the crack and deformation performance of reinforced highway bridge simply supported beams reinforced by carbon fiber plate under load,four RC beams were designed and the bending performance was tested after carbon fiber plate reinforcement.By testing the crack width and deflection of pure bending under various load,curves of load-maximum crack width and load-displacement of the specimens under respectively load were received.According to study the influence of the carbon fiber plate beam bending load reinforcement performance factor and crack and deformation regularity,the results show that the full-scale RC beam crack pasting carbon fiber beam bottom slabs inhibition and stiffness effect is obvious.The finite element software was also used for numerical simulation analysis,it shows that the obtained fracture cloud image and deformation curve are in good agreement with the test results.
