摘要
目的:探讨益气健脾和胃汤加减辅助治疗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)阳性消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法:将湖南中医药大学校医院2017年1月-2019年12月收治的70例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(给予标准三联疗法治疗)与治疗组(给予益气健脾和胃汤加减辅助治疗),各35例,观察两组的中医证候积分变化、炎症水平变化、临床疗效、Hp根除率及复发率。结果:治疗后,治疗组的中医证候积分及炎症水平降低幅度均显著大于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组的有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组的Hp根除率及复发率显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者给予益气健脾和胃汤加减辅助治疗,能够有效改善中医证候积分,降低炎症反应,提高临床有效率及Hp根除率,避免病情复发。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Yiqi Jianpi Hewei decoction(益气健脾和胃汤)on Hp positive peptic ulcer.Methods:70 cases from January 2017 to December 2019 were divided into the control group(took standard triple therapy)and the treatment group(received the Yiqi Jianpi Hewei decoction)according to the random number table method,35 cases in each.Results:After treatment,the reduction of the TCM syndrome scores and inflammation indicators levels in the treatment group was significantly greater than those in the control group,P<0.05.The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The eradication and recurrence of Hp in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Treating Hp positive peptic ulcer with the Yiqi Jianpi Hewei decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndrome scores,reduce inflammation,improve clinical efficacy and Hp eradication,and avoid recurrence.
