摘要
目的探讨自拟益气健脾和胃汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效,进一步指导临床。方法将符合纳入标准的90例脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各45例。治疗组采用自拟益气健脾和胃汤口服治疗,对照组采用中成药胃复春片口服治疗,均4周为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。评价2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、不良反应等情况。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为88.89%,71.11%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后中医证候积分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗期间均未发生明显的不良反应。结论自拟益气健脾和胃汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床效果显著,改善患者临床症状,提高了生活质量,且安全性高,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of self-made Yiqi Jianpi Hewei decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of deficiency of both spleen and stomach, and further to guide the clinical practice. Methods 90 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis of deficiency of both spleen and stomach patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with self-made Yiqi Jianpi Hewei decoction, and the control group was treated with Chinese medicine Chengfuchun tablets. All patients were treated for 4 weeks and treated for 3 courses.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients, the scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment, and adverse reactions were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 88.89 % and 71.11%, respectively.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P <0.05). The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05). The improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P<0.05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period. Conclusion Self-made Yiqi Jianpi Hewei decoction has a significant clinical effect in treating spleen and stomach deficiency chronic atrophic gastritis, improving clinical symptoms, improving quality of life, and high safety, which is worthy of clinical reference.
