摘要
非母语英语教师的职业生涯早期是身份冲突和重构最关键的阶段,他们的身份在新环境的变革下遭遇了冲突与混乱,亟需重构。非母语英语教师面临的身份冲突主要体现在自我、人际以及环境三个层面,在此基础上进行非母语英语教师的身份重构,有助于理解教育变革与教师身份之间的动态关系,促进教师的长远发展。
Non-native English teachers’early career phase is the most critical stage of identity conflict and reconstruction.Under the changing sociocultural contexts,they encountered identity conflicts,and needs to be reconstructed.Non-native English teachers’identity conflicts are mainly observed at the intrapersonal,interpersonal,and contextual level.Based on this,the identity reconstruction of nonnative English teachers will be helpful to understand the dynamic relationship between educational reform and teacher identity,which could promote teachers’long-term development.
