摘要
目的分析在超声介入治疗术中实施流程管理的效果及对护理质量的影响。方法选取郑州市第二人民医院2018年6月至2020年6月接受超声介入治疗的患者中选取90例作为本次研究对象,依据随机排列法将其分为参照组及研究组,参照组45例予以常规管理,研究组45例予以流程管理。比较护理效果、工作效率、护理质量及干预期间并发症的发生率,对比两组管理前后评价两组乐观倾向、角色强化、抑郁、焦虑自评量表(SDS、SAS)、舒适(Kolcaba)、生活质量(QOL)评分。结果参照组需抢救人数为7人,抢救成功率为85.71%,研究组需抢救人数为6人,抢救成功率为83.33%,两组抢救成功率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组护理满意度较高且医患纠纷与护理风险事件发生率较低(P<0.05);研究组手术、接诊及患者等候时间较短(P<0.05);研究组整体护理质量较好且并发症的发生率较低(P<0.05)。管理前两组乐观倾向以及角色强化评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),管理后研究组乐观倾向评分高出参照组,但角色强化评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。管理前两组SDS、SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),管理后研究组评分均低于参照组,(P<0.05)。管理前两组Kolcaba评分比较差异无统计学意义,(P>0.05),管理后研究组精神、生理、社会环境、心理评分均高出参照组(P<0.05)。管理前两组QOL评分比较差异无统计学意义,(P>0.05),管理后研究组精神、疲乏、日常生活、睡眠评分均高出参照组(P<0.05)。结论在超声介入治疗中实施流程管理可得到理想的管理效果,能使工作效率及整体护理质量显著提升,且能降低患者治疗期间并发症的发生,稳定患者情绪,提升其舒适度,有效减低角色强化水平,促进其乐观倾向提升,改善生活质量。
Objective To study the process management effects and nursing quality during the ultrasound intervention.Methods 90 patients of undergoing the ultrasound intervention from June 2018 to June 2020 in Zhengzhou Second Hospital were chosen as research subjects.According to random permutation method,patients were divided into reference group and research group.45 cases of taking the routine management were included in the reference group;45 cases of taking the process management were included in the research group.Nursing results,working efficiency,nursing quality and treatment complications,optimism bias,role intensification,self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),general comfort questionnaire(Kolcaba)and quality of life(QOL)scores were compared.Results 7 patients were rescued in the reference group;the successful rescue rate was 85.71%.6 patients were rescued in the research group;the successful rescue rate was 83.33%;the successful rescue rate between groups was not significantly different(P>0.05);compared with reference group,the nursing satisfaction in the research group was increased while the incidences of medical disputes and nursing risk events were declined(P<0.05);the operation,visit and awaiting time in the research group was shorter than reference group(P<0.05);compared with reference group,the overall nursing quality in the research group was increased while the treatment complication rate was reduced(P<0.05);before management,the optimism bias and role intensification scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after management,the optimism bias scores in the research group were higher than reference group;the role intensification scores were lower than reference group(P<0.05);before management,SDS and SAS scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after management,SDS and SAS scores in the research group were lower than reference group(P<0.05);before management,Kolcaba scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after ma
