摘要
大功率等离子弧电源电路中电抗器的分布电容直接影响输出电压波形品质,在一些特种应用场合中直接会导致输出停机,如何提前准确检测电抗器的分布电容是系统设计的关键。本文提出了一种电感参数谐振法的大功率电抗器分布电容测试方法和电路,可以精确地测试电抗器的分布电容参数,从而解决了高品质斩波电源系统的设计难题。
The distributed capacitance of the reactor in the high-power plasma arc power supply circuit affects directly the quality of the output voltage waveform and,in some special applications directly causes the output to stop. How to accurately detect the distributed capacitance of the reactor in advance is the key to system design. In this paper,a kind of high-power reactor’s distributed capacitance test method and circuit based on the inductance parameter resonance method is proposed,which can accurately test the distributed capacitance parameters of the reactor,thus solving the design problem of high-quality chopping power supply systems.
