摘要
自1997年第一条柔性直流输电试验工程在瑞典Hellsjon投运以来,经过多年的发展,国内外已建成并投运数十条柔性直流输电线路,但模块化多电平结构的柔性直流输电线路在2010年左右才开始投入建设、运行,总体运行时间较短,各设备运行参数仍处于积累阶段。对于MMC功率模块中使用的直流支撑电容器(DC⁃Link capacitor),对于其具体使用工况和应用条件等详细参数仍需要进一步的研究,因此,对于此类电容器的试验条件和方法仍有待研究,本文从实际应用角度出发,分析了杂散电感测量试验的目的,讨论了相关试验方法,可为实验室实施提供一定参考。
Since the operation of the first flexible HVDC transmission line in 1997 in Hellsjon,Sweden and throughout many-year development,dozens of flexible HVDC transmission lines have been constructed and put into operation both at home and abroad.However,the flexible HVDC transmission lines with modular multilevel structure just started construction and operation around 2010.The overall operation time is relatively short and the the operation parameters of each equipment are still in accumulation stage.For the DC-link capacitor used in MMC power modules,further study for such detailed parameters as specific operating conditions and application conditions is still needed.Therefore,the test conditions and methods for this type of capacitor remain to be studied.From the perspective of practical application,the purpose of the stray inductance measurement test is analyzed and the relevant test methods are discussed,which can provide some reference for laboratory implementation.
