摘要
为实时获取广东省江河湖泊的水文信息以及水利工程的运行情况,解决广东省水安全在线监管能力不足、水利工程运行监管薄弱等问题,该文介绍了基于分布式架构、图像识别等技术构建的广东省水利大规模高清视频监控系统,通过该系统为全省各级水利部门统一提供江河湖泊和水利工程的实时监管信息,进一步提升广东省对水资源调度、水利工程运行的应急处置能力。
In order to obtain the hydrological information of rivers and lakes and the operation of water conservancy projects in our province in real time,and solve the problems of insufficient online supervision capacity of water safety and weak operation supervision of water conservancy projects in our province,this paper introduces the large-scale high-definition video monitoring system of water resources in Guangdong Province based on distributed architecture and image recognition technology.The system provides real-time supervision information of rivers,lakes and water conservancy projects for water conservancy departments at all levels in the province,so as to further improve the emergency response capacity of water resources dispatching and water conservancy project operation in Guangdong Province.
