摘要
文章旨在评估日粮添加不同水平菠萝渣对山羊生长性能、养分消化、瘤胃发酵及血清生化指标的影响。试验将平均体重一致的120头山羊随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复5头。各组山羊分别饲喂菠萝渣水平为0、10%和20%的全混合日粮,试验持续10周。结果 :20%菠萝渣组山羊的末重较对照组显著提高2.92%(P <0.05),同时该组平均日增重较对照组和10%菠萝渣组分别显著提高15.09%和7.98%(P <0.05)。随着日粮菠萝渣添加水平的升高,料重比表现为显著降低(P <0.05),其中20%菠萝渣组最低(P <0.05)。20%菠萝渣组瘤胃氧化还原电位较对照组和10%菠萝渣组分别显著提高10.44%和10.82%(P <0.05),同时20%菠萝渣组瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸总量和乙酸浓度较对照组分别显著提高12.71%和15.74%(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,10%和20%菠萝渣组瘤胃淀粉分解菌数量分别显著提高105.96%和108.07%(P <0.05)。对照组和10%菠萝渣组甘油三酯浓度较20%菠萝渣组分别显著提高42.05%和46.40%(P <0.05),对照组山羊血清非酯化脂肪酸浓度较20%菠萝渣组显著提高77.78%(P <0.05)。结论 :在本试验条件下,日粮添加10%~20%菠萝渣对山羊生长、瘤胃发酵及血清生化指标无负面影响,综合考虑生长性能和瘤胃发酵性能,山羊全混合日粮中菠萝渣适宜的添加水平为20%。
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different supplemental levels of pineapple pomace on growth performance,nutrient digestion,rumen fermentation and serum biochemical indices of goats. A total of 120 goats with the same average body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 replicates per group and 5 goats per replicate. Goats in each group were fed total mixed diets containing 0,10% and 20% pineapple pomace,respectively. The experiment lasted for 10 weeks. Results :Compared with the control group,the final weight of goats in 20% pineapple pomace group was significantly increased by 2.92%(P < 0.05),and the average daily gain of goats in 20% pineapple pomace group was significantly increased by 15.09% and 7.98%(P < 0.05)compared with the control group and 10% pineapple pomace group,respectively. With the dietary pineapple pomace supplemental level increasing,the ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased(P< 0.05),and 20% pineapple pomace group had the lowest performance(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group and 10% pineapple residue group,the rumen reoxidant potential of 20% pineapple residue group was significantly increased by 10.44% and 10.82%(P < 0.05),and the total volatile fatty acid and acetic acid concentration of 20% pineapple residue group were significantly increased by 12.71% and 15.74%(P < 0.05),respectively,compared with the control group. Compared with the control group,the number of rumen starch decomposition bacteria in 10% and 20% pineapple residue groups was significantly increased by 105.96% and 108.07%(P < 0.05),respectively. The triglyceride concentration in control group and 10% pineapple residue group was significantly increased by 42.05% and 46.40% compared with 20% pineapple residue group(P < 0.05),and the serum non-esterified fatty acid concentration in control group was significantly increased by 77.78%compared with 20% pineapple residue group(P < 0.05).
