摘要
荒沟抽水蓄能电站调相压水利用压水气罐中的中压压缩空气将水轮机转轮室内的水体压低至转轮以下,使转轮在空气中旋转。这一过程中,由于压水气罐中的气体压力瞬间释放,导致气体温度骤然降低,温度骤降将对压水气罐造成破坏性影响。文中分析和研究这一热力学变化过程,初步了解机组调相压水过程对压水气罐主材耐低温性能的要求,为压水气罐主材选择提供参考依据。
The phase-regulated pressurized water in Huanggou Pumped-storage Power Station uses the compressed air in the pressurized water tank to lower the water inside the turbine runner to make the runner rotate in the air.In this process,the gas pressure in the pressurized water gas tank is released instantly,resulting in a sudden drop in gas temperature,which will cause destructive effects on the pressurized water gas tank.This paper analyzes and studies the thermodynamic change process,and preliminarily understands the requirement of the main material of the pressurized water tank for low temperature resistance during the phase-regulating pressurized water process,which provides reference for the selection of the main material of the pressurized water tank.
