摘要 调相作为抽水蓄能机组的一个标准稳定工况,目前在国内各大抽水蓄能电站运行次数和时长均很少,与电网日益增长的调相需要形成鲜明对比。为了充分发挥抽水蓄能机组在电网运行中的调相作用,笔者依据国网新源公司部分抽水蓄能电站的运行实际,阐述了抽水蓄能机组调相运行现状,论证了抽水蓄能机组长期稳定调相运行的必要性和可行性,同时提出了抽水蓄能机组长期稳定调相运行在理论研究及工程实践中应该考虑的主要问题。 As a standard stable working condition of pumped storage units phase modulation has few operation times and duration in major pumped storage power stations in China which is in sharp contrast to the increasing phase modulation needs of power grid.In order to give full play to the phase modulation function of pumped storage units in power grid operation the authors expound the current situation of phase modulation operation of pumped storage units according to the operation practice of some pumped storage power stations of State Grid Xinyuan company and demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of long-term stable phase modulation operation of pumped storage units.At the same time the main problems that should be considered in theoretical research and engineering practice are put forward.
