摘要
新时代要把党的政治建设摆在党建新布局中的首要位置,这一论断有其深刻的理论、历史和现实逻辑。要准确理解党的政治建设理论内涵,可从整体和部分视角切入:就整体而言,要系统把握组成政治建设的四个基本要素;就部分而言,党的政治建设与其他方面建设是相互影响的统一体。党员干部要在政治实践中落实党的政治建设:从科学理论、政治立场和政治路线中强化政治认同,以牢固政治信仰;要致力于改善党的领导方式,将“四个意识”和“两个维护”全面贯彻到坚持党的政治领导的过程中;要以淬炼政治三力、加强党的基层组织建设来锻炼政治能力;要抓党规党纪、积极建设党内文化以严肃党内政治生活,达到净化政治生态的目的。
In the new era,the Party′s political construction should be placed in primary position in the new layout of the Party′s construction,which has its profound theoretical,historical and realistic logic.The theoretical connotation of the Party′s political construction can be understood accurately from the overall and partial perspective.From a holistic perspective,the four basic elements of political construction should be mastered systematically.From a partial perspective,the party′s political construction and other constructions of the Party are the unity which affects mutually.Party members and cadres should carry out the Party′s political construction activities in political practice by the following measures:strengthening political identity from scientific theory,political position and political line in order to firm political belief;striving to improve the Party′s leadership style,and fully implementing the"Four Consciousness"and"Two Upholds"in the process of adhering to the Party′s political leadership;cultivating the three political abilities and strengthening the construction of the Party′s grass-roots organizations to improve political ability;obeying the Party rules and discipline,and actively building intra-Party culture,so as to make the intra-Party political life better and purify the political ecology.
