摘要
建党90多年来,我们党始终重视党内制度建设,为我们党不断取得革命、建设和改革的一个又一个胜利提供了有力的保障。今天,我们"要把制度建设摆在突出位置",完善以党章为根本,以民主集中制为核心的党内法规制度体系,以务实管用的制度来管党管党治党。
Since the founding ninety years ago, the CPC has constantly attached great importance to the building of intra-Party institutions, which fundamentally guarantees the successes in revolution, development and reformation. Today, higher priority should be given to institutional building to improve intra-Party legal system with the Party Constitution as root and democratic centralism as the core. And practical and effective laws and regulations can be used to manage and rule the Party.
