摘要 目的:探讨人体进行递增负荷运动对心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)的影响。方法:选取30名体育教育专业大学生作为受试对象,通过执行布鲁斯递增负荷运动方案,检测其HRV相关指标。结果显示:时域指标:SDNN、RMSSD第2级与第1级、第3级与第2级相比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);第4级与第3级相比较呈极显著性下降(P<0.01);第5级与第4级相比较呈显著性下降(P<0.01或P<0.05)。频域指标:VLF、LF、HF以及LF/HF第2级与第1级、第3级与第2级相比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),LF/HF第4级与第3级相比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);VLF、LF、HF第4级与第3级相比较呈极显著性下降(P<0.01),第5级与第4级相比较呈极显著性下降(P<0.01);而LF/HF在第5级与第4级相比较呈极显著性升高(p<0.01)。非线性指标:SD1、SD2以及SD2/SD1第2级与第1级、第3级与第2级相比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),SD2/SD1第4级与第3级相比较也无显著性差异(P>0.05);SD1、SD2第4级与第3级相比较呈极显著性下降(P<0.01),第5级与第4级相比较呈极显著性下降(P<0.01);SD2/SD1在第5级与第4级相比较呈极显著性下降(P<0.01)。结论:随着运动中心率的逐渐增加,引起迷走神经的功能下降,交感神经活性升高,从而导致交感神经与迷走神经二者之间失去平衡且交感神经占据明显优势。 The paper aims to explore the effect of increasing load exercise on heart rate variability(HRV).30 college students majoring in physical education were selected as the research objects,and their HRV related in-dexes were tested by carrying out the Bruce increasing load exercise program.The results showed that SDNN and RMSSD of the time domain index level 2 were not significantly different from level 1,with the same of level 3 and level 2(P>0.05),but level 4 was significantly lower than level 3(P<0.01);level 5 was significantly lower than level 4(P<0.01or P<0.05).VLF,LF,HF and LF/HF of frequency domain index level 2 had no signif-icant difference from level 1,level 3 and level 2(P>0.05),and LF/HF level 4 had no significant difference from level 3(P>0.05);VLF,LF and HF level 4 decreased significantly compared with level 3(P<0.01),and level 5 decreased significantly compared with level 4(P<0.01).The LF/HF increased significantly in lev-el 5 and level 4(P<0.01).SD1,SD2 and SD2/SD1 of nonlinear index level 2 had no significant difference from level 1,level 3 and level 2(P>0.05),and SD2/SD1 level 4 had no significant difference from level 3(P>0.05);SD1 and SD2 level 4 showed an extremely significant decrease compared with level 3(P<0.01),and level 5 showed an extremely significant decrease compared with level 4(P<0.01).Besides,SD2/SD1 showed an extremely significant decrease in level 5 and level 4(P<0.01).The study has concluded that with the increase of movement center rate,the function of vagus nerves decreases and the activity of sympathetic nerves increases,which leads to the imbalance between sympathetic nerves and vagus nerves with the sympathet-ic nerves taking an obvious advantage.
