摘要
本实验采用水热合成法,将Ho^(3+)/Y^(3+)直接掺杂到反应物体系中,制备了Ho^(3+)/Y^(3+)共掺BaTiO_(3)基粉体。XRD晶相分析表明,所制备的粉体主晶相为四方相钙钛矿型晶体结构;SEM形貌分析表明,Ho^(3+)/Y^(3+)掺杂具有显著细化晶粒的作用,并能够提高与改善其介电性能。电学性能分析结果表明,随着w(Ho^(3+)):w(Y^(3+))比例的增大,其介电常数(εr)先增大后减小,介电损耗(tanδ)先减小后增大,而绝缘电阻呈一直增大的趋势,当w(Ho^(3+)):w(Y^(3+))为3:1时,综合介电性能最佳。
Ho^(3+)/Y^(3+)co-doped BaTiO3 powders were prepared by traditional hydrothermal method with Ho^(3+)/Y^(3+)directly being doped into the reaction system.XRD indicates that the powders are of same crystal structure of tetragonal BaTiO3.The results of SEM show that Ho^(3+)/Y^(3+)co-doping can signifi cantly refi ne BaTiO3 grains and improve dielectric properties.With the increase of Ho^(3+)/Y^(3+)co-doping wt%ratio,relative dielectric constant(εr)fi rstly increases and then decreases,while the trend of dielectric loss(tanδ)is the opposite,and insulation resistance increases all the time.When Ho^(3+)/Y^(3+)is 3:1,BaTiO3 powders show the best overall dielectric performance.
